摘要
针对卫星用钛合金和不锈钢管路连接件TIG焊接过程中出现氧化问题,通过设计新型焊接保护罩,改善保护罩密封性,提高罩内氩气纯度,减少氧化,在此基础上进一步设计装夹散热保护工装,降低焊接热影响区温度,使焊枪流出的氩气能在焊缝周围短时间存留,焊接氧化得到了有效控制,最终降低了生产成本,提高了产品焊接质量。
In order to solve the problem of oxidation of titanium alloy and stainless steel pipe assembly for satellite in TIG welding, the new welding protective cover is adopted to improve the sealing of the protective cover and the purity of argon in the hood, and reduce the oxidation. On this basis, The welding dissipation tooling is designed,so that it can reduce the temperature of the heat affected zone and the argon gas out of the welding torch can stay for a short time around the molten zone. The welding oxidation can be effectively controlled, which will reduce the production cost and improve the welding quality of the product.
