摘要
文章通过对国内外生物标本资源数字化进展的介绍,重点对我国国家标本资源共享平台National Specimen Information Infrastructure(NSII)十几年积累的数字化数据进行质量分析,包括数据总量、标本数字化年变化量、不同省份动植物标本的变化趋势、动植物标本的科属总量的变化规律、全国重要的标本馆已经数字化标本量的统计、动植物标本图片数据统计等,系统而全面地分析了我国标本资源数字化的发展现状。从而提出NSII发展方向的几点思考。
The paper introduces the digitalization of biological specimen resources at home and abroad, with a specialfocus on the quality analysis of the digitized data in National Specimen Information Infrastructure（NSII）,which including the total amount of data, the yearly variation of specimen digitization, the changing trend of animal and plant specimens by province, the total amount of families andgenera of animal and plant specimens. The national important herbaria have digitized specimens statistics, the animal and plant specimen picture data statistics and so on. Thepaper has systematically and comprehensively analyzed specimen resources digitization development present situation in China. Some thoughts on the future development of NSII are put forward.
