摘要
文章提出一项新型装配式悬挂结构,单个结构单元主要由楼面板和折板组成,用铰链连接实现转动。折板在预制完成后处于折叠状态,使整个结构单元以较小的体积运输到施工地点。在吊装过程中折板打开,施工人员进行简单固定后即可继续吊装,大幅降低了施工难度。根据现有相关国家规范,利用强度条件、刚度条件、稳定性条件对新型装配式悬挂结构的构件进行尺寸以及截面形式的选择,主要包括楼面板龙骨、折板钢板、框架梁。
A new type of assembly suspended structure was proposed, one structure unit of it is composed of two floorboards and two folded plates, being able to rotate round hinges. The prefabricated folded plates are folded into smaller volume in order to be transported to construction site conveniently. The folded plates are unfolded during hoisting so workers can lift the unit after simple fixation, which lower the difficulty of construction greatly. According to national regulation, the size and cross-section shape of the components were selected considering the strength conditions, rigidity conditions and stability conditions, including keels of the floorboards, steel plates of the folded plates and beams of the frame.
