某大型商业建筑加固改造案例分析

随着全国城市化迅速发展,城市对商业圈的要求逐步提高,城市商业中心从原来的单一化向综合体发展,大型商场的改造将会越来越多。本项目为南京某商业广场的改造项目,原建筑功能为商业,现改为集商业、电影、餐饮于一体的商业综合体。文章将主要从大范围的结构拆除、大跨度的结构加固两个方面分析本工程案例,主要的技术措施为:结构静力拆除、高支模、预应力加固以及其他各种常规的加固手段。

This project is a commercial square in Nanjing,the transformation project,,as the framework of the shear wall system, is now set to commercial, film, catering in one of the commercial complex. In this paper, the project will be mainly analyzed from a wide range of structural dismantling and long-span structural reinforcement. The main technical measures： static disassembly of structure, high-support concrete formwork, prestressing reinforcement.
