超高层内爬塔吊多次转换拆除关键技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 考虑到超高层施工的特点,作为主要结构施工垂直运输设备的塔吊,其安装方式一般采用核心筒"内爬式"或"外爬式",结构施工完成后采取安装1台屋面吊的方式进行高空拆除,但在特殊结构的施工环境下,如钢板剪力墙结构、剪力墙+矩形钢管柱结构,由于钢构件重量极大,往往需要安装具有较大起吊性能的"内爬式"塔吊,塔吊起吊性能的提高,必然造成塔吊各部件重量的急剧增大,因而塔吊的拆除就需进行多次转换拆除。文章将依托镇江苏宁广场项目东塔楼ZSL2700及TCR6055塔吊多次转换拆除施工关键技术的研究和实践,重点介绍超高层内爬塔吊拆除的设计思路、安装屋面吊及拆除时的关键技术,系统地阐述内爬式塔吊拆卸方法、注意事项等问题。 Considering the characteristics of the high-rise construction, construction main vertical transportation equipment as the main structure of tower crane, its installation method generally USES the core tube "paddle" or "outside", after the completion of the structure construction to install a roof hanging way high altitude demolition, but under the special structure of the environment, such as steel plate shear wall structure and shear wall + rectangular steel tube column structure, due to the weight of steel members is great, often need to install a larger "paddle" tower crane lifting performance, the improvement of the performance of the crane lifting, inevitably causes the sharp increase in tower crane parts weight, and tower crane dismantle many times we have to convert to dismantle.In this article, we will rely on zhenjiang ZSL2700 and TCR6055 suning plaza project east tower crane many transformations demolition construction key technology research and practice, this paper mainly introduces the design idea of super-high internal climbing tower crane dismantle,installation is the key technology of the roof hanging and dismantled, formulate internal climbing tower crane disassembly method, the matters needing attention and so on
