摘要 随着高层建筑的不断发展,对主体结构竖向受力构件的要求越来越高。一方面要求较小的截面尺寸,一方面又要求较高的承载能力。钢管混凝土柱与普通钢筋混凝土柱相比,正具有以上的特性。南京新地中心一期办公楼项目,原名朗诗城市广场,作为南京河西的一个标志性超限高层建筑,其竖向受力构件采用了钢管混凝土柱。文章在对塔楼的概况作了简单的介绍后,重点分析了钢管混凝土柱在设计、施工中的关键技术并对设计过程进行了详细的计算分析。 With the continuous development of high-rise buildings, the requirements for the vertical structure of the main structure are getting higher and higher. On the one hand, the smaller section size is required, and on the other hand the higher bearing capacity is required. Compared with the ordinary reinforced concrete columns, concrete-filled steel tubular columns have the above characteristics. The first phase office building project of Nanjing New World Center, formerly known as Landsea City Plaza, as a landmark high-rise building in Hexi region of Nanjing, the vertical bearing components used concrete-filled steel tubular columns. In this paper, after a brief introduction to the general situation of the main structure, the critical technologies of the design and construction of the concrete filled steel tubular column are analyzed emphatically.
