摘要
钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料作为装配式建筑的重要组成部分,近年来得到了很大的发展。文章主要介绍灌浆料自主开发过程中两个比较重要的研究方面:高铝水泥与硅酸盐水泥配比和聚羧酸减水剂的加入量。通过控制变量法,研究这两者改变对灌浆料体系的影响。最终得到初始流动度为347mm,30min流动度为304mm,1d抗压强度为46MPa,3d抗压强度为74MPa,28d抗压强度为86MPa,3h体积膨胀率为0.02%的钢筋套筒灌浆料产品,符合JG/T 408-2013《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》标准规定。
As an important part of the assembly building, the sleeve grouting material used for steel connection has been greatly developed in recent years. This paper mainly introduces two important research aspects in the process of independent development of grouting material:the ratio of High alumina cement to Portland cement and the amount of Polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The influence of the two changes on the grouting system is studied by the control variable method. Finally we get the initial fluidity is 347 mm, 30 min flow ratio of304 mm and 1 D 46 MPa compressive strength and compressive strength of 3 D 74 MPa, 28 d compressive strength of 86 MPa, 3 h volume expansion rate of 0.02% steel sleeve grouting material products, in line with JG/T 408-2013 "reinforced connection sleeve grouting material" standard provisions.
