试制造车过程发盖扭曲变形问题的讨论分析

Discussion of Automobile Hood Twist Deformation during Prototype Process

文章主要从试制造车的角度结合CAE模拟分析来介绍过程中可能引起发盖扭曲变形的一些因素,以及针对这些因素的讨论分析,判断哪些是引发此研究车型发盖变形的根本要因。对根本原因提出改进优化方案,并进行了实车验证,有效解决了车型A发盖易扭曲变形的问题。

The paper mainly discussed the twist deformation reasons of hood during automobile prototype process. Combined with CAE simulation,those which act as major or minor reasons are judged. Improvement and optimization method is put forward,and verification is applied to real vehicle,which effectively solve the problem of hood twist deformation.
