摘要
血清半乳凝集素-3(Gal-3)作为一种新型循环标志物,能选择性识别糖结构并与之非共价结合,心房颤动的危险因素诱导巨噬细胞将其释放入血。Gal-3通过一系列生化反应参与调节成纤维细胞的激活和增殖,促进心肌纤维化、心房结构重构,最终诱发和维持心房颤动。
Serum galectin-3( Gal-3),as a new type of circular markers,is characterized by highly conserved sequences in specific carbohydrate-recognition domains. A number of risk factors of atrial fibrillation can promote the release of Gal-3 from macrophages into the blood,which contributes to increasing accumulation of inflammatory cells in cardiac tissue and perpetuates their activation by a series of biochemical reactions,and promotes fibroblast activation and proliferation,thus leading to cardiac fibrosis and atrial strucfure remodeling,and ultimately predisposing to atrial fibrillation.
