Influencing Factors and Control Methods for Quality of Asphalt Pavement Potholes Repair

为了提升沥青路面坑槽修补质量,针对坑槽病害形成的原因,对比常规坑槽修补工艺的优势,以最常用的冷切热补施工工艺为研究对象,从施工人员、养护机械、养护材料、施工工法、作业环境等方面分析影响坑槽修补质量的因素,总结出控制并提高坑槽修补质量的方法,并推荐适用的养护施工关键机械,指出未来公路养护施工机械的发展方向。

In order to improve the quality of potholes repair o{ asphalt pavement, the advantages of conventional pothole repair technologies were compared in view of the formation of the pothole disease. Taking the most commonly used cold-cut hot-patch technology as the research object, the factors influencing the quality of pothole repair were analyzed from the aspects of construction crew, maintenance machinery, repair materials, construction methods, working environment and so on. The method of controlling and improving the quality of pothole repair was summarized, and the applicable key equipment for maintenance and construction was recommended, and the development trend of road maintenance and construction machinery was pointed out.
