摘要 通过对重整装置氢气增压机故障过程和现象描述和分析,通过对设计、制造、安装、工艺等多方面分析,首先确定了氢气增压机的故障是由于连杆螺栓的突然断裂所致;再通过断裂螺栓的断口分析、金相分析以及硬度测量等分析手段,发现脆断的螺栓金相组织存在晶粒粗大、分布着马氏体和夹杂物等缺陷,通过对比断裂螺栓与通过标准调质处理后螺栓棒材的金相组织,确定螺栓的热处理工艺不当以及螺栓内部夹杂物是导致螺栓断裂的根本原因,在此基础上提出了通过提高设备制造过程中的工艺和质量控制手段是可以降低故障的措施。 Based on the description and analysis of the failure process and phenomenon in the reformer hydrogen booster, and it was firstly determined that the failure was caused by the suddenly fracture of tie rod bolt through analyzing from the aspects of design, manufacture, installation and process. Furthermore, it was found the microstructure of fracture bolt existed large grains, distribution of martensite and inclusions and other defects based on the analyzing the fracture, metallography and hardness measurement. Compared the fracture bolt with the microstrueture of bolt bars after treated with standard tempering, it was determined that the improper heat treatment process of bolt and the internal inclusions are the basic reason of causing bolt fracture. It is pointed out on this basis that the means of improving process and quality control during equipment manufacturing can reduce failure.
