犹豫正态模糊优先集成算子及其在城市综合评估中的应用

Hesitant Normal Fuzzy Prioritized Aggregation Operators and Their Applications in Comprehensive Assessment of Cities

犹豫正态模糊数综合了正态模糊数的分布规律和犹豫模糊集的不确定性,在决策问题中有很大的作用。在某些问题上,方案的属性间往往有优先关系,针对此类信息的集成问题,本文提出了准则间具有优先关系的犹豫正态模糊优先加权平均算子、犹豫正态模糊优先加权几何平均算子,并讨论了这些算子的性质。在此基础上,提出了一种基于犹豫正态模糊优先集成算子的群决策方法,最后通过实例分析说明了该算子的有效性和可行性。

Hesitant normal fuzzy number synthesizes the distribution laws of normal fuzzy number and the uncertainty of hesitant fuzzy set which plays an important role in decision making problems. On some issues, the attributes of alternatives often have precedence relation. Aiming at this kind of problems, this paper puts forward hesitant normal fuzzy prioritized aggregation operator and hesitant normal fuzzy prioritized geometric aggregation operator, and investigates their properties. Based on that, we propose a reliable method for multiple-criteria group decision making problems. Finally, an illustrative example shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
