PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的疗效观察

PPH Combined with External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids ： Effect Observation

为探讨PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，将108例环状混合痔患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组54例。对照组实施传统外剥内扎术治疗，研究组实施PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗，对比2组患者的治愈率、术后并发症发生率、创面愈合时间及术后疼痛程度。结果显示，研究组患者的治愈率、术后并发症发生率、创面愈合时问以及术后患者疼痛程度均优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔可以明显降低患者术后疼痛程度，缩短治疗周期，并且能够有效地降低并发症的发生，使患者较快地恢复健康，在临床治疗上具有一定的推广价值。

This study was to explore the effect of PPH combined with external dissection ＆ internal ligation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, randomly divided 108 cases of this hemorrhoids into control group and research one,54 cases for each;which the former received traditional external dissection ＆ internal ligation, meanwhile the latter received PPH combined with external dissection ＆ internal ligation;then compared curative rate,incidence of postoperative complications,wound-surface healing time and postoper ative pain degree of the two groups.As results,in above all indexes,the latter was superior to the former, there was statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Results show that above-mentioned combination procedure used in the latter can more significantly reduce pain degree of patients, shorten treatment cycles, and decrease incidence of complication, make patients recovery faster, thus has ceratin popularized value.
