龙血竭胶囊外用在低位肛瘘术后的疗效观察

Effect Observation of External Using Longxuejie Capsule after the Surgery for Low Fistula in Ano

为探讨龙血竭胶囊外用在低位肛瘘术后的临床疗效，将72例低位肛瘘术后患者随机分成2组，各36例。对照组术后常规换药，治疗组加用龙血竭胶囊外用。对比2组患者术后创口疼痛程度、创面愈合率、创面愈合时间及总体疗效。结果显示，治疗组患者术后第7、14天创口疼痛VAS评分、创面愈合率及创面愈合时间均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；但2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，龙血竭胶囊外用能改善低位肛瘘术后创口疼痛，促进创面愈合，值得临床推广运用。

This study was to explore the clinical effect of externally using Longxuejie capsule after the surgery for low anal fistula,randomly divided 72 cases of this fistula into control group and treatment one,36 cases for each ,which the former received routine dressing exchange, meanwhile the latter was added with above capsule externally; then compared both groups＂ postoperative wound pain degree, wound-surface healing rate and time,as well as total efficacy.As results,in total effective rate there was no statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〉0.05）,but in VAS rating on wound pain and wound-surface healing rate at the 7th and 14th day after surgery as well as wound-surface healing time the latter was superior to the former（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that Longxuejie capsule can improve postoperative wound pain, promote its healing.It is worthy to be popularized to used clinically.
