对痔围手术期患者实施个性化护理的意义分析

An Analysis on the Significance of Personalized Nursing on the Hemorrhoids Patients at Perioperation

为了探讨痔围手术期患者实施个性化护理的效果，将86例行手术治疗的痔患者随机分为常规护理组和个性化护理组，每组43例，分别实施常规护理和个性化护理。结果显示，个性化护理组手术时间、首次排尿时间、住院时间均短于常规护理组，个性化护理组的护理满意度（93．35％）高于常规护理组（81．40％），P〈．05。结果表明，痔围手术期实施个性化护理能够促进患者早日康复，提高护理满意度。

This study was to explore the efficacy of performing personalized nursing on hemorrhoids patient at perioperative stage,randomly divided 86 patients who had received hemorrhoids surgery into routine nursing group and personalized nursing group,43 cases for each.The two groups respectively received above two nursings.As results,in the latter the operative time, the time of first-time urination, and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the former, and the satisfaction degree on nursing was higher than that in the former（93.35% vs 81.40%, P 〈0.05）.Results show that personalized nursing can make patients early recovery and improve satisfactory degree on nursing.
