摘要
随着中国高铁的快速发展,高铁车站对城市空间结构影响增强,高铁车站用地成为重要的城市基础设施用地。以我国长江三角洲地区22个城市高铁车站为研究对象,通过高德地图、百度地图、BIGMAP以及百度百科和铁路12306官网、城市国民经济和社会发展统计公报等途径获取高铁车站的站房建筑面积、站台数、列车到发线条数、列车班次等数据建立高铁车站用地评价指标体系,通过投影寻踪法定量评价长江三角洲地区高铁车站用地效益。研究结果表明:(1)土地利用效益随高铁车站等级下降而降低。(2)长江三角洲地区高铁车站土地利用效益差异大,存在明显的等级。(3)Ⅱ型大城市与超大城市的高铁车站土地利用效益高于特大城市和Ⅰ型大城市。
With the rapid development of high-speed rail in China, the impact of high-speed rail stations on the urban spatial structure has been enhanced, and the land for high-speed rail station has become an important urban infrastructure site. In the Yangtze river delta, 22 high-speed rail stations are studied, to obtain the building construction area, platform number, the number of train lines to send, the train frequency of the high- speed rail station and other data to establish the land use evaluation index system of high speed rail station by Gaode Map, Baidu Map, BIGMAP, Baidu Encyclopedia and the 12306 official website, statistical bulletin of urban national economic and social development, and to quantitatively evaluate the land use efficiency of high-speed rail station in Yangtze River Delta through the projection tracing method. The results show that: (1) the land use efficiency decreases with the decreasing of the grade of high- speed rail station. (2) There is a significant difference in land use efficiency between high-speed rail stations in the Yangtze River Delta. (3) The land use efficiency of the high-speed rail station in large cities of type I1 and super large cities are higher than that of the mega-cities and type I cities.
