摘要
本研究采取盆栽试验,应用Tessier连续浸提法,研究不同p H值对土壤中不同形态Cd/Zn含量的影响。结果表明:栽培蓝莓土壤p H值的高低,对土壤总Zn及Cd含量无影响。随着土壤p H值的降低,土壤中交换态Zn/Cd、碳酸盐结合态Zn/Cd和铁锰氧化物Zn/Cd的含量增加,而有机态Zn/Cd和残渣态Zn/Cd含量降低。生物无效态Zn为土壤中Zn的主体部分,而生物有效态Cd为土壤中Cd的主体部分。土壤p H值的降低可增加土壤中Zn/Cd的生物有效性。
In this study, pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different pH on speciation of Cd/Zn in soil by Tessier sequential extraction method. The results show that the pH of soil has no effect on total content of Zn and Cd in soil. With the decrease of soil pH, content of exchange Zn/Cd, carbonate Zn/Cd and Fe Mn oxide Zn/Cd of soil increased, while the content of organic state Zn/Cd and the residual Zn/Cd reduce. Biological unavailability Zn is the main part of total Zn in soil, while bioavailability Cd is the main part of total Cd in soil. The decrease of soil pH can increase the bioavailability of Zn/Cd in soil.
