北京经济技术开发区荣华路潮汐车道方案研究

Study on Tide Lane Scheme of Ronghua Road in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone

随着人们生活水平不断提高,城市交通系统所承受的压力越来越大,其中城市放射性道路早晚高峰交通流的潮汐现象愈加突出。潮汐现象的存在一方面降低了高峰时段的出行效率,造成交通拥堵,另一方面也形成了道路资源的闲置浪费。以北京经济技术开发区荣华路潮汐车道运行方案为例,综合考虑道路功能发挥、交通需求与供给关系、交通管理与控制等因素,探讨应对城市潮汐车流现象的可行性方案。

With the continuous improvement of the people's living standard, the pressure on the urban transportation system is growing, in which the tidal phenomenon of traffic flow in the morning and evening rush hours of urban radioactive roads is becoming more prominent. On the one hand, the existence of tidal phenomenon reduces the transportation efficiency of the rush hours to cause the traffic congestion, on the other hand will form the idle waste of road resource. Based on the operation scheme of tide lanes in Ronghua Road of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, the factors of road functions, traffic demand and supply relationship and traffic management and control are comprehensively considered, and the feasibility scheme of urban tidal traffic flow phenomenon is discussed.
