海绵生态停车场评价体系研究与实践

在我国城市化快速发展,机动车保有量不断增多,城市现有停车位供应严重不足,以及国家提出海绵城市建设的背景下,将停车场建设与海绵城市建设相结合,成为新的研究课题。对海绵生态停车场的定义及海绵生态停车场评价指标体系进行阐述。以武汉市东湖落雁东海绵生态停车场示范项目为建设实例,介绍了停车场建设目标、海绵设计理念及具体施工工艺,并对海绵生态停车场评价体系进行了研究。

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the number of motor vehicles keeps increasing. The existing parking spaces in cities are in short supply. Under the background of the sponge city construction proposed by the state, the combination of the parking lot construction and the sponge city construction becomes the new study subject. The article sets forth the definition of sponge ecological parking lot and the evaluation index system of sponge ecological parking lot. Taking the Wuhan East Lake LuoyanSponge Ecological Parking Lot(E) Demonstration Project as the construction case, the article introduces the construction target, sponge design concept and detailed construction technology of the parking lot, and studies the evaluation system for the sponge ecological parking lot.
