上海市地下空间防汛安全策略探究

Research on Flood Control Safety Strategy of Underground Space in Shanghai

上海市地下空间开发体量巨大,其防汛安全已经成为城市安全的重要组成部分。结合日常管理中发现的实际情况,系统总结了上海市地下空间防汛安全存在的四方面问题,从近期和远期两个层次,提出了有针对性和可操作性的策略。

The development of underground space is huge in Shanghai. Its flood control safety has become an important part of the city safety. Based on the practical situation discovered in the daily management, this paper systematically summarizes four problems existing in the flood control safety of underground space in Shanghai. This paper puts forward the purposeful and operable strategies from two levels in the short term and the long term.
