大直径竖曲线钢顶管施工关键技术研究

摘要 轨钢管受其特性制约不宜曲线顶管,但受条件限制工程中经常碰到曲线钢顶管。结合工程实例,介绍了钢管曲线顶管管道接头的型式、顶进参数的取值、特殊管节的设置、穿越管线时的沉降控制,以及在施工过程中采用的针对性技术措施等,克服了各个技术难点,保证了工程的安全施工。 The steel piper restricted by its property is not suitable for the curve pipe jacking. But the curve steel pipe jacking is often required in the projects limited by the conditions. Combined with the engineering cases, the article introduces the joint type of steel curve pipe jacking, the value of jacking parameter, the setup of special pipe segment, the settlement control when crossing the pipeline, and the targeted technical measures used in the construction process in order to overcome various technical difficulties and guarantee the safety of engineering construction.
