摘要
在桥梁设计、建造、运营、养护维修的整个生命周期内,桥梁不可避免地会因各类因素影响或共同作用而产生缺陷或病害,甚至部分桥梁在交通或者环境的偶发作用下会出现突发的桥梁灾难性事件。堡子坪桥属于T形钢构组合梁,是国道312定西段重要的交通运输桥梁。针对堡子坪大桥的运营环境特点以及桥梁结构的受力特点,将结构面临的危险源划分为结构损伤和结构状态的不利性改变两大类,并根据当前科学技术水平提出针对不同危险源情况的监测,针对性地服务于桥梁百年的运营管养。该系统以带有操作系统功能的系统操作软件为平台,以数据管理系统为核心,以在线传感器系统、数据采集和传输系统、状态评估系统、远程信息查询系统、管理应用系统为外围应用功能,具有拥有良好的适应性、可扩展性、兼容性、可靠性、容错性和易操作性的开放式模块化构架。建立一个长期的在线监测预警系统,对桥梁进行实时长期监测,并及时预警。
In the whole life cycle of bridge design, construction, operation and maintenance, the bridges will inevitably have the defects and diseases caused by various influence factors or combined actions, and even the part of bridges will have the catastrophic events under the accidental impact of traffic or environment.Baoziping Bridge belongs to the T-type steel rigid-frame combined girder bridge, and is the important transportation bridge in the west section of National Highway 312. Aiming at the operational environment characteristics of Baoziping Bridge and the loading features of bridge structure, the dangerous source is divided into two kinds of adverse changes of structural damage and structural behavior. And based on the current level of science and technology, the monitoring of the different dangerous sources is proposed to serve the operation, management and maintenance of bridges for 100 years. Taking the system operation software with the operation system function as the platform, taking the data management system as the core, and taking the on-line sensor system, the data collection and distribution system, the status evaluation system, the long-distance information inquiry system and the management application system as the peripheral application functions, this system has the open modularization framework of good adaptation, extendibility,compatibility, reliability, fault tolerance and operability. A long-term on-line monitoring pre-warning system is established to implement the long-term monitoring of bridges, and to timely warn.
