摘要
为了探究了解盾构机的用电规律,研究盾构施工耗电的影响因素,利用刀盘驱动做功理论研究四类影响因素(土质情况、盾构埋深、施工参数和技术参数)对盾构机掘进过程用电量的影响,结合深圳地铁九号线的工程背景资料验证,得知切削土的性质对刀盘耗电的影响最为明显;其次是隧道埋深,两者呈线性关系,埋深加大11%,耗电量增加17%左右;另外,盾构机总功率与推进的速度之间也有明显的线性相关性,即推进速度越快,盾构耗能越多。
In order to explore the power law of shield machine and to study the influence factor of shield construction power consumption, the cut-disk drive work theory is utilized to study four kinds of influence factors(soil property, shield burial depth, construction parameter and technical parameter) on the power consumption in the tunneling process of shield machine. According to the verification of the engineering background and information of Shenzhen Metro Line 9, it is showed that the influence of cutting-soil property on the power consumption of cutting disk is most obviously, the tunnel is buried deeply, the both present the linear relationship, the burial depth increases by 11% and the power consumption increases by about 17%. In addition, the linear dependence between the total power and the tunneling speed of shield machine is also obvious, that is the faster the tunneling speed, the more the power consumption of shield.
