地聚合物注浆加固技术在溧阳市政道路中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 地聚合物注浆加固技术是在原有道路钻孔注浆,通过注浆材料与基层材料发生化学结晶、离子交换、物理充填、挤密压密等作用,重塑基层结构,提高道路的整体性及承载能力。结合溧阳市某市政道路,采用地聚合物注浆加固技术对市政道路基层进行加固,通过现场检测发现,注浆后道路的整体性和稳定性显著提升,加固效果良好,且在非开挖条件下施工,作业面影响范围小,可缓解交通压力,工期短,可迅速恢复交通。 The geopolymer grouting reinforcement technology is a technique to drill and grout in the original roads. The base material takes place the effects of chemical crystallization, ion exchange, physical filling,compaction and consolidation with the grouting materials in order to rebuild the base structure and improve the integrality and bearing capacity of road. Combined with a municipal road of Liyang City, the geopolymer grouting reinforcement technology is used to reinforce the base of municipal road. The field test shows that the integrality and stability of road after grouted are obviously improved, and the reinforcement effect is good. The influence range of working site is small under the condition of trenchless construction able to ease the traffic pressure and able to quickly recover the traffic because of short construction period.
