预应力多向变位梳形板伸缩缝在成都西二环工程中的应用

Application of Pre-stressed Multi-directional Displacement Comb-plate Expansion Joint in EPC3 Contract Section of West Second Ring Road

随着人们对行车的舒适度、安全性、可靠性要求的提高,桥梁伸缩装置作为影响桥梁结构中行车安全性能的主要构件已得到高度的关注和重视[2]。预应力式多向变位伸缩装置是针对传统梳齿板式伸缩装置的功能缺陷所研发的新一代桥梁伸缩装置,具有设计合理、经久耐用、行车舒适、防水良好、安装简便、维护成本低、性价比高的特点。并且解决了传统伸缩装置无法满足桥梁多向变位需求而频繁损坏的难题,在成都市二环西EPC3标段中大量使用。该工程经验可供其他相关工程参考和借鉴。

With the improvement of the people's requirements for the comfort, safety and reliability of driving,the expansion device of bridge as the main component influencing the driving safety performance of bridge has received the high attention and concern. The pre-stressed multi-directional displacement expansion joint is a new kind of bridge expansion device researched and developed specially for the functional defect of the traditional comb-plate expansion joint, has the characteristics of reasonable design, wear well, driving comfort,good waterproofness, easy installation, low maintenance cost and high performance cost ratio, and solves the difficulty of the traditional expansion joint hard to meet the multi-directional displacement demand of bridge,which will result in the frequent damage. This new kind of expansion joint is widely used in EPC3 Contract Section of the West Second Ring Road. The experience of this project can be referred for the similar projects.
