烧结烟气SCR脱硝反应器流场模拟与设计优化 被引量:14

摘要 选择性催化还原法(SCR)被认为是最适宜用作脱除烧结烟气氮氧化物的方法,而反应器内烟气速度分布的均匀性是决定系统脱硝效率及氨逃逸率的重要因素。为了研究导流板、整流器等内构件对反应器内流场的影响,采用数值模拟的方法对流场进行计算,得到并对比了空塔及设置不同内构件时反应器内速度云图。结果表明,在烟道弯头加入导流弧形板与直板组合以及在反应器本体加入整流器,可以有效改善流场均布性,对脱硝反应产生积极影响。 SCR is recognized as the best technology for sintering flue gas denitrification.The NOxreduction efficiency and ammonia slip rate are mainly determined by the homogeneous of the flue gas velocity distribution in reactor.In order to study the effect of deflector and mixer on the flow field in the reactors,the numerical simulation was applied to calculate the flow field.And the velocity contours obtained by the calculation of the reactor on the condition of empty tower and different internal construction were compared.The results showed that putting deflector into flue pipe bends and mixer into reactor body was beneficial to the flow field and had a positive impact on the denitration reaction.
