半夏泻心汤联合米氮平对特发性胃轻瘫患者胃肠激素和5-HT水平的影响

Influence of Banxiaxiexin decoction combined with mirtazapine on serum motilin,somatostatin and 5-HT levels of patients with idiopathic gastroparesis

[目的]观察半夏泻心汤联合米氮平对特发性胃轻瘫患者血清胃动素、生长抑素和5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平的影响。[方法]将68例特发性胃轻瘫患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组予半夏泻心汤联合米氮平治疗,对照组单用米氮平治疗,2组患者均治疗4周。检测2组治疗前后的血清胃动素、生长抑素和5-HT水平。[结果]治疗4周后,2组患者血清胃动素、5-HT水平较治疗前上升,生长抑素水平下降(P<0.05);2组间胃动素水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.2%和64.7%(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏泻心汤联合米氮平治疗特发性胃轻瘫的作用机制可能与胃肠激素和5-HT相关。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of compound Banxiaxiexin decoction and mirtazapine on serum motilin,somatostatin and 5-HT levels in patients with idiopathic gastroparesis.[Methods]Sixty eight patients with idiopathic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was administered with Banxiaxiexin decoction and mirtazapine,while the control group received only mirtazapine.The serum levels of motilin,somatostatin and 5-HT were observed and compared after 4 weeks＇ treatment.[Results]After 4 weeks＇ treatment,serum motilin and 5-HT levels increased in two groups than before,while somatostatin declined（P0.05）.There was significant defference between 2 groups in serum motilin（P0.05）.For treatment group and control group,the effective rate was 88.2% and 64.7%respectively（P0.05）.[Conclusion]These results suggest that the pharmacological effects of Banxiaxiexin decoction and mirtazapine on idiopathic gastroparesis may be related to changes in serum motilin,somatostatin and 5-HT levels.
