正交试验优选槐角总黄酮的提取工艺及不同产地的含量测定

Determination of the content of extraction of total flavonoids from fructus sophorae and orthogonal test in different areas

目的:优选槐角总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮,以总黄酮含量和提取率为考察指标,用正交设计法优选最佳黄酮提取工艺。结果:以总黄酮含量和提取率为考察指标。优化后的最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇提取,料液比为1:10,每次60min,提取3次。结论:该方法简便,快速,稳定,可作为槐角总黄酮的提取工艺。

Objective The content of the best extraction technology of total flavonoids from Fructus sophorae selection.Method The total flavonoids were determined by UV Spectrophotometry,the total flavonoids content and extraction rate were used as the indexes,Optimization of extraction process of flavonoids by orthogonal design.Result The total flavonoids content and extraction rate were used as the indexes.The optimum extraction process was 70% ethanol, and the ratio of liquid to material was 1：10. Each time, 60 min was extracted and extracted 3 times.Conclusion The method is simple, fast, Stable, can be used as the extraction process of total flavonoids from fructus sophorae.
