瘦素及其受体:从实体瘤到血液系统恶性肿瘤

Leptin and leptin receptors: from solid tumors to hematological malignancies

瘦素是一种对维持机体稳态及能量平衡有重要作用的脂肪源性细胞因子,通过在细胞表面与其特异性受体——瘦素受体结合而发挥作用。瘦素及其受体在多种恶性肿瘤组织中高表达,血液系统恶性肿瘤发生和发展虽与实体瘤不尽相同,但瘦素及其受体亦存在异常表达。本文就近年来瘦素及其受体在血液系统恶性肿瘤中的作用及研究进展作一综述。

Leptin is an adipose-derived cytokine that plays an important role in maintaining homeostasis and energy balance. By combining with its specific receptor Lep-R, leptin participates in the endocrine regulation as well as the activation of multiple signaling pathways. Many studies showed that leptin and its receptors had a high expression in various malignant tumors. Hematological malignancies show similar characteristics as solid tumors and may also be influenced by leptins in some ways. The development and progression of leptin and leptin receptors in hematological malignancies is reviewed in this article.
