摘要 胃癌细胞生命活动所需能量主要来自葡萄糖,能量代谢方式为糖酵解和谷氨酰胺代谢。糖代谢异常是胃癌发生、发展、转归过程中普遍合并存在的病理状态,直观地表现为患者血糖水平的波动。炎症是胃癌患者病程中最常并存的另一病理过程,和糖代谢异常互为因果,对胃癌的发病和诊疗均有重要影响。通过对胃癌患者糖代谢异常和炎症反应相关文献进行分析发现,对胃癌患者糖代谢状况和炎症反应进行合理干预后可有效控制胃癌发病,改善胃癌治疗效果,提高患者生活质量。 Based on previous research, it was found that the energy needed for gastric cancer cell life activity comes mainly from glucose. Glycolysis and glutamine metabolism are the two main ways for the energy metabolism of gastric cancer cells. Abnormal glucose metabolism is a common pathological condition in the occurrence, development and prognosis of gastric cancer, which is intuitively showed as blood glucose level fluctuation. Inflammation is another pathological process that most often coexists with abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with gastric cancer. Inflammation and abnormal glucose metabolism are reciprocal causation and both have an important influence on the incidence and treatment of gastric cancer. According to studies analizing sugar metabolic abnormalities and inflammation, reasonable intervention on abnormal glucose metabolism and inflammation can effectively control the incidence of gastric cancer, so as to improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.
