摘要
针对达州钢铁集团有限公司炼铁厂5号高炉冷却壁漏水,导致高炉长期不能稳定顺行的问题,2015年12月对高炉进行休风大修,并于2016年10月复风开炉。此次开炉较为顺利,其复风开炉实践表明:通过矩阵调节,发展高炉中心气流,在高炉中心气流已经形成的前提下,再次逐步调节矩阵,发展边缘气流,同时在此期间不断增加送风风口,直至全风操作,是一种合理的开炉方法。
In view of the water leakage problem in cooling wall of No.5 blast furnace in Dazhou Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.,which caused the blast furnace impossible to operate smoothly for a long time,the blast furnace was blown down for overhaul in December 2015 and blown in successfully in October 2016.The practice showed that it was a reasonable way of blow-in furnace to adjust matrix and develop the center air flow in the blast furnace until the air flow opened successfully,then gradually adjust the matrix again to develop the edge air flow,and at the same time,to add the blowing tuyere until the whole blowing operation.
