^(89)SrCl_2联合唑来膦酸治疗乳腺癌骨转移的临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Curative Effects of ^(89)SrCl_2 Combined with Zoledronate in Treating Breast Cancer Bone Metastasis

目的观察^(89)SrCl_2联合唑来膦酸治疗乳腺癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年8月至2016年8月收治的94例女性乳腺癌骨转移患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47),对照组给予^(89)SrCl_2治疗,观察组给予^(89)SrCl_2联合唑来膦酸治疗,比较两组患者骨痛缓解疗效、骨转移灶疗效和血液学毒性反应。结果观察组骨痛缓解总有效率85.11%显著高于对照组65.96%(P<0.05),骨转移灶总有效率76.60%显著高于对照组55.32%(P<0.05),血液毒性反应总发生率14.89%与对照组19.15%无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 ^(89)SrCl_2联合唑来膦酸治疗乳腺癌骨转移对减轻骨痛和骨转移灶疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of ^（89）SrCl_2 combined with zoledronate in treating breast cancer bone metastasis.Methods 94 cases of female patients with breast cancer bone metastasis admitted and treated in our hospital during August 2013 and August 2016 were selected as the study objectives.According to the random table method,they were divided into contrast group and observation group with each group 47 cases.Patients in the contrast group were given ^（89）SrCl_2 treatment,while patients in the observation group were given ^（89）SrCl_2 combined with zoledronate treatment.Compare the effects of ostealgia remission,curative effects of bone metastasis and the toxic reaction of hematology.Results The total effective rate of ostealgia remission in the observation group（85.11%）was significantly higher than the contrast group（65.96%）（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of bone metastasis in the observation group（76.60%）was significantly higher than the contrast group（55.32%）（P〈0.05）.The total occurrence rate of hematology toxic reaction in the observation group（14.89%）had no significant difference with the contrast group（19.15%）（P〉0.05）.Conclusion ^（89）SrCl_2 combined with zoledronate treating breast cancer bone metastasis helps to significantly alleviate the ostealgia and bone metastasis.
