影响高炉炉身空塔区上部炉料温度变化的因素

Influencing factors of burden temperature change above thermal reserve zone of blast furnace

摘要 结合不同炉型、原料条件、操作条件,推导出空塔区上部炉料和煤气温度变化过程的计算公式,定量研究了各种因素对炉内炉料温度和煤气温度的影响。结果表明:炉身炉型对炉料升温过程影响较小,建议炉身空塔区上部的高度设计为12m以上;炉料品位、比热对炉料升温过程影响较大;提高炉料初温会降低煤气能量的利用效率。 Combined with the furnace profile,the raw material conditions and the operating conditions,the calculation formula of temperature changes for the burden and the gas above the thermal reserve zone was derived.The influences of various factors on the burden temperature and the gas temperature were studied quantitatively.The results showed that the shaft furnace profile had little effect on the heating process of the burden.The height above the thermal reserve zone was suggested to design more than 12 m.The burden grade and the heat capacity had a greater impact on the burden heating process.The energy efficiency of the gas would be reduced with increase of the initial temperature of the burden.
