VD精炼过程溢渣的控制

摘要 针对某厂230tVD炉投产初期溢渣严重的问题,分析了VD精炼过程溢渣的原因,提出从改善钢包净空、控制精炼渣量、确保底吹流量、调节抽气过程真空度以及顶渣成分等方面控制精炼渣发泡,从而改善VD精炼过程溢渣的情况。结合现场实践,分析了精炼渣化学成分的控制。调整后的渣系发泡情况较调整前有了明显改善,VD精炼过程溢渣问题得到了有效控制。 Aiming at the situation of slag spilling seriously in 230 tVD of a factory at commissioning,the cause of the slag spilling during refining process was analyzed.The methods of controlling refining slag foaming were put forward such as improving the ladle clearance,controlling the amount of refining slag,ensuring the flow rate of bottom blowing,and adjusting the vacuum degree during pumping and the composition of top slag,to improve the situation of slag spilling during VD refining process.The control of the chemical composition of refining slag was analyzed in combination with the field practices.The slag foaming after taking measures was significantly improved than before,and the problem of slag spilling had been controlled effectively during VD refining process.
