箱庭疗法联合康复训练治疗自闭症的效果及对患儿心理状态的影响分析

Analysis on Effects of Sandplay Therapy Combined with Rehabilitation Training Treating Autism and Its Influence on Patients' Mental State

目的探讨箱庭疗法+康复训练在自闭症患儿治疗中的应用效果,并观察患儿心理状态变化情况。方法纳入我院收治的自闭症患儿104例,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组52例。两组均采用康复训练治疗,研究组在此基础上进行箱庭疗法,观察患儿心理状态的改变,利用儿童孤独症量表(CARS)评分、孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)对心理状态进行评估。结果研究组治疗后的CARS评分以及兴奋、易激怒、嗜睡、不恰当语言、刻板行为小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自闭症儿童在康复训练基础上采用箱庭疗法后,易激怒、焦虑等心理反应明显改善,是一种理想治疗方案。

Objective To discuss the effects of sandplay therapy combined with rehabilitation training applying to the treatment of autism patients and meanwhile observe the change condition of the patients＇ mental state.Methods 104 cases of autism patients admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and contrast group with each group 52 cases.Patients in the both groups were given rehabilitation training.Meanwhile,patients in the research group were given sandplay therapy.Observe the change condition of the patients＇ mental state.Evaluate the patients＇ mental state by adopting CARS scores and ABC.Results After therapy,the CARS scores as well as the excitement,fussiness,inappropriate languages and stereotyped behaviors in the observation group were all less than the contrast group.The comparison between both groups showed a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion After adopting sandplay therapy based on rehabilitation training,the autism patients＇ fussiness,anxiety and other mental reactions were significantly improved.Thus,it is an ideal therapy scheme.
