通腑开窍汤保留灌肠治疗中风中脏腑闭证的疗效

Effect of Tongfu Kaiqiao Decoction Preserved Enema on the Treatment of Obstruction in Stroke in Stroke

目的探讨通腑开窍汤保留灌肠治疗中风中脏腑闭证的临床疗效。方法通过对2014年2月至2016年5月在我院治疗的76例中风中脏腑闭证患者随机分组,两组均参照2014版中国脑血管病临床诊治指南给予西医基础治疗,实验组加用通腑开窍汤保留灌肠治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果和并发症发生率差异。结果实验组治疗效果同对照组比较明显提高,并发症发生率显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对中风中脏腑闭证患者采用通腑开窍汤保留灌肠治疗可显著提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongfu Kaiqiao Decoction in enema treatment of viscera in stroke.Methods From February 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital treatment of 76 cases of stroke in the visceral patients were randomly divided into groups,the two groups are referred to the 2014 version of the Chinese cerebrovascular disease clinical treatment guidelines to Western medicine basic treatment,experimental group plus With Tongfu Kaiqiao decoction retention enema treatment comparison between the two groups of patients with treatment and complications of the incidence of differences.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of viscera resuscitation in patients with viscera in the stroke can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.The clinical application is worthy of popularization.
