多元康复护理干预对胃肠手术患者术后恢复进程及不良并发症的影响

Study on How Multiple Rehabilitation Nursing Interventions Influence Post-operative Recovery Process and Adverse Reaction on Gastrointestinal Surgery Patients

目的探讨多元康复护理干预对胃肠手术患者术后恢复进程及不良并发症的影响。方法选取100例在我院接受治疗的择期胃肠手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表发分为对照组(50例)与干预组(50例),对照组行常规治疗及护理措施,干预组在对照组基础上加用多元康复护理干预模式,即术前指导、健康教育、镇痛护理、饮食护理、早期锻炼等护理干预,观察两组患者恢复流质饮食时间、肛门首次排气时间、恢复下床活动时间等术后恢复情况,并记录切口感染、静脉栓塞、肺部感染等并发症发生率。结果观察组恢复流质饮食时间、肛门首次排气时间、恢复下床活动时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率(12%)明显低于对照组(38%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元康复护理干预运用在胃肠手术中,能有效促进患者胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study how the multiple rehabilitation nursing interventions influence the post-operative recovery process and adverse reaction on gastrointestinal surgery patients.Methods 100 patients who had been given gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were selected as the study objectives.Based on the random table method,they were divided into contrast group and intervention group with each group 50 cases.Patients in the contrast group were given regular treatment and nursing,while patients in the intervention group were given multiple rehabilitation nursing interventions based on the regular treatment and nursing.The multiple rehabilitation nursing interventions include preoperative instruction,health education,analgesic care,diet nursing,early exercise,etc.Observe the liquid diet recovery time,the first anal exhaust time,off-bed activity recovery time and other post-operative recovery condition.Record the occurrence rate of complications include incision infection,venous embolism,pulmonary infection and son on.Results The liquid diet recovery time,the first anal exhaust time,off-bed activity recovery time in the observation group were all significantly shorter than the contrast group.The difference showed a statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The occurrence rate of complications in the observation group（12%）was significantly lower than the contrast group（38%）.The difference showed a statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Multiple rehabilitation nursing interventions applying to the gastrointestinal surgery can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the occurrence rate of complications.Thus,it deserves to be widely promoted.
