信息化助力农村教学点学生发展的观测与评价——以咸安教学实验区为例 被引量:13

Observation and Evaluation of Student Development in Small Rural Schools Promoted by Information Technology— Taking Xian'an Experimental Area as an Example

摘要 为解决义务教育均衡发展过程中农村教学点这一重难点问题,湖北省信息化与基础教育均衡发展协同创新中心在多个省(区)域开展了技术促进义务教育均衡发展的实验实践。为检视其效果,该文基于学生发展的视角,选取湖北省的咸安区试点展开实证研究。通过对已开展实验的农村教学点学生、城区中心校学生以及尚未开展实验的农村教学点学生的发展状况这三者之间的对比分析,对技术干预对教学点学生发展的影响进行探讨。结果显示技术干预对实验教学点学生的学习方式、学习态度、核心自我评价、学校满意度、积极情绪能力、人际交往能力和兴趣特长发展方面都产生了显著积极的影响。随后,对此结果进行了解释和讨论,并对实践开展过程中的问题加以总结和反思,以期能为当前技术促进义务教育均衡发展的研究和实践带来一些启发,让农村孩子享有更好、更公平的教育。 In order to solve the important but difficult problem in small rural schools during the balanced development of compulsory education, the Collaborative Innovation Center for Information Technology and the Balanced Development of Elementary Education of Hubei Province has carried out the experimental practice of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in multiple provinces and districts. To examine the effect, based on the perspective of the development of students, this article chooses Xian'an District in Hubei Province as the experimental area to carry out an empirical research. By comparing with students in central schools and non-experimental small rural schools, this paper discusses the impact of technical intervention on the development of students in experimental small rural schools. It is found that the learning methods, learning attitude, core self-evaluation, school satisfaction, positive emotion ability, interpersonal ability and interest development of the students in the experimental small schools are significantly positively impacted by technical intervention. The findings above are further explained and discussed, and the problems in the process of practice are summarized and reviewed. This article expects to bring some enlightenment to the current research and practice of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education with technology, so that rural children can get better and fairer education.
