摘要 在教育信息化快速发展的背景下,以教育信息化为主要研究对象的教育技术学科却陷入危机,教育技术学科人才培养的供给侧出现了一定问题。文章以教育技术学科现状为原点,总结了教育技术学科人才培养出现的三个基本问题:第一,教育技术学科培养的人才很难满足当前教育信息化市场的需求;第二,教育技术学科培养的人才在适应未来市场的发展与变化上显得不足,且缺乏一定的前瞻性;第三,教育技术学科自身面临危机,不太容易培养出高素质人才。在这些问题的基础上,提出了以社会和市场需求为导向的基于"能力"发展的"U—E—S"教育技术学科未来发展模式,着重培养教育技术学科人才四种基本能力:计算思维,技术思维,联通思维和预见思维,为解决教育技术学科人才培养的供给侧问题提出一条可行性路径。 Under the background of the rapid development of educational information, Education Technology which regards education informatization as the main research object has been in crisis, and there are serious problems in the supply side of talents training in Educational Technology. The article takes the status quo of Education Technology as the starting point, summarizes three basic problems of talents training in Education Technology. The first is that it is very difficult for the talents trained in Education Technology to meet the needs of current education information market. Second, Educational Technology talents in adapting to future development and changes in the market is insufficient, and lack certain foresight. Third, Educational Technology faces a crisis itself and it is not easy to train highly qualified talents.On the basis of these problems, this paper puts forward the Education Technology's future development model of "U-E-S ", based on the development of "ability", which is oriented by social and market demand, focusing on four basic skills: Computational Thinking, Technological Thinking, Connective Thinking and Foreseeable Thinking, to solve the problem of the supply side of the talent training of Education Technology put forward a feasible path.
