摘要 在"以用户为中心"的产品设计理念下,对用户需求的质量特性进行识别和定位是产品设计成功的基础。该研究围绕"学习者需求"展开,运用产品质量功能展开(QFD)和Kano模型的理论与方法,对个性化语言学习系统的质量特性进行提取和定位研究,以帮助企业识别学习者需求和影响学习者满意的质量特性,为系统设计质量优化提供参考。首先根据QFD理论对学习者需求进行质量特性的转换和提取,获取系统总质量特性,包括学习资源、过程和环境3大类22项。然后以公共外语学习者为对象进行质量特性的需求重要度调查,并根据调查的重要度水平将质量特性分为非常重要、比较重要和一般重要三类。最后根据重要度分布散点图,结合Kano模型,从魅力型质量、期望型质量和理所当然型质量三个层次对质量特性进行进一步定位。通过对学习者需求的质量特性进行了识别和双重定位,提高了个性化语言学习系统设计质量的准确性和科学性,便于企业根据自身情况确定系统设计重点,合理配置和优化资源。 Under the design concept of "user centered", the extraction and position of quality characteristics that users' need is the success foundation of product design. Focusing on the "learners' needs", the quality characteristics of personalized language learning system are extracted and positioned by using the theory and method of quality function deployment (QFD) and Kano model, so to provide benefit reference for the improvement of design quality of system. Firstly, the quality characteristics are extracted and converted from the learners' original require by QFD, which cdvered three aspects as learning resource, process and environment, and all about 22 items. Then, the importance of quality characteristic was investigated in the case of public English Learners. According to the level of importance of the survey, the quality characteristics are divided into three categories as very important, more important and generally important. Finally, according to the distribution of importance degree scatter diagram, the quality characteristics are further positioned from three levels of charismatic quality, expected quality, and must be quality, combining with the Kano model. Though the identification and double positioning of the quality characteristics that learner's needs, the design quality's accuracy and scientificity of the personalized language learning system were improved, and it is convenient for enterprises to determine the key point of system design according to their own conditions, and to make rational allocate and optimize resources.
