Design and Production of Diamond Small Jacquard Fabric

总结一款菱形小提花织物的设计与生产要点。以JC 11.8tex集聚纱为织物的经纬纱,介绍了其质量指标;设计了织物组织、经纬密等指标;总结了整经、浆纱和织造中的生产要点;对下机后的坯布进行了一些后整理,以提高织物的舒适性、抗皱效果和附加值;对成品织物性能进行了测试,结果表明:织物成品各项性能均达到了较好的水平。认为:生产的菱形小提花织物可以做为夏季高档衬衫面料。

The key points of design and production of a diamond small jacquard fabric were summarized. Jr？ 11.8 rex condensed yarn was used as warp and weft of fabric,its quality indexes were introduced, Fabric lex ture,warp ＆ weft linear intensity and so on indexes were designed. The key points in warping, sizing and weaving were summarized. Comfort property.anti-wrinkle effect and added value of fabric were improved by after-finish lug. The properties of fabric were tested. The results show that each properties of fabric have reached the better level. It is considered that the diamond small jacquard fabric can be used as high grade summer shirt fabric.
