摘要
钢筋混凝土空腹夹层板是基于多层大跨度楼盖需要产生的新型结构体系,该结构体系是由上下肋和其间设置的剪力键组成的、考虑剪切变形的空间楼盖。潍坊体育运动学校排球训练馆楼盖采用大跨度钢筋混凝土空腹夹层板楼盖结构体系。通过分析结构的实际受力状态,采用实用计算方法对关键构件和节点的计算与构造进行了介绍。建立有限元模型分析空腹夹层板楼盖结构的自振特性,分析了步行和跳跃激励作用下楼盖结构的振动加速度响应和加速度自功率谱,舒适度满足规范要求。结构受力和抗震性能满足要求,结构安全可靠、使用舒适,并具有较好的经济性。
Reinforced concrete open-web sandwich slab is a new structural system based on the needs of multilayer largespan floor. This type of space grid structure in which the shearing deformation needs to be considered,is composed of top and bottom chords which are connected by shearing keys. Large-span reinforced concrete open-web sandwich slab structural system was adopted in the roof of volleyball venue of Weifang Sports School. Through the analysis of the actual stress state of the structure,the calculation and construction of key components and nodes were introduced by practical calculation method. Natural vibration characteristics of open-web sandwich slab floor structure were analyzed by using finite element analysis model. The vibration acceleration response and acceleration self-power spectrum of the floor structure under walking and jumping excitations were analyzed,and the comfortableness meets the requirements of the code. Structural stress and seismic performance meets the requirements,and the structure is safe,reliable and comfortable for use,and it has good economy.
