党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高瞻远瞩,纵览世界大局,在国内改革进入深水区和世界发展瓶颈突出的背景下保持足够的战略定力,放眼全球治理,提出一系列具有中国特色和符合世界发展趋势的新战略、新方案,并在不断的实践探索中形成内涵丰富、思想深邃、系统完整的新时代中国特色社会主义外交战略体系。新时代中国特色社会主义外交战略体系体现出和平发展道路与国家核心利益相统一、发展中国家地位认知与大国责任风范双擎并举、总结历史智慧和借鉴人类文明双轮并驱、智力支持与狠抓落实相协调、经济外交与公共外交双翼共展的中国外交新气象与新特色。

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, under the background of domestic reform entering into deep water area and world development encounter ing bottleneck, the Central Committee taking president Xi Jinping as the core looks far ahead from a high plane, keeps enough strategic willpower, and puts forward a series of new strategies, new schemes with Chinese character istics, which are in conformity with the world development trend. Finally, under the continuous practice and exploration, the socialism diplomatic strategy system with Chinese character istics in the new era has been formed, which combines with rich connotation,deep thought and integrated system. This strategy system keeps the double-track parallel between peaceful development path and the corenational interests, simultaneously enhances the status cognition of developing country and internat ional responsibility of great power, pushes forward two-wheel driving by summarizing historical wisdom and learning from human civilization, makes coordination between intellectual support and workable measures, and promotes co-development between economic diplomacy and public diplomacy, then exhibits the new looks and new features of China＇s diplomacyult imately.
