自全国非公企业党建工作会议以来,各地非公企业党建工作新模式新方法不断涌现。但综合比照非公企业党组织所应发挥的政治核心和政治引领作用来看,当前非公企业党建仍面临着难以有效进行组织凝聚、思想凝聚以及缺乏制度保障等方面的困境。这些困境既与市场的流变性、趋利性直接相关,也与非公企业党建工作群体未能有效匹配党建工作新要求,以及制度保障和政策供给等顶层设计不完善有着深度关联。为此,必须要通过系统的组织、文化和制度等方面的嵌入整合,来全面提升非公企业党建工作的有效性。
