摘要 目前,智能配电网得到了快速发展,自愈作为其主要特征具有重要的研究意义,但迄今尚未有全面的智能配电网自愈能力衡量标准。建立了智能配电网故障后自愈能力评估指标体系,提出了自愈能力评估方法。针对自愈能力评估指标,建立了自愈恢复率、自愈恢复速度、自愈控制操作复杂度、自愈可持续时间覆盖率等4项量化指标,涵盖了配电网故障后负荷恢复的范围、速度、操作难度、可持续时间等因素。然后,基于负荷与分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)出力的时序数据,通过故障遍历的方式,对配电网各区段故障后的自愈能力进行了评估计算,并将各区段故障概率作为权重计算得到了全系统自愈能力水平。最后,基于构建的含10个区段的配电系统进行仿真分析,考虑了不同故障时间、不同故障区段、不同DG渗透率等对系统自愈能力的影响,并进行了时空分析,得到了系统自愈的薄弱区段和时段,验证了所提评估指标和评估方法的有效性。 At present,with rapid development of smart distribution network,as its main feature,self-healing has important research significance.But so far there is no comprehensive criteria to evaluate self-healing ability in smart distribution network.In this paper,an evaluation index system of post-failure self-healing ability for smart distribution network is established.Also,method evaluating self-healing ability is proposed.self-healing recovery ratio(SHRR),self-healing recovery speed(SHRS),self-healing control complexity(SHCC),and self-healing coverage time(SHCT) indicators are established for self-healing ability evaluation indexes,covering load recovery range after fault,recovery speed,operation difficulty and sustainable time etc.Then,self-healing ability of each section of distribution network is evaluated and calculated with the method of fault traversal based on time series data of load and DG output,and the whole system self-healing ability is obtained by considering fault probability of each section for weight assignment.Finally,simulation analysis is carried out based on construction of a smart distribution system with 10 sections.Influence of different fault time,different fault sections,and different DG permeability is considered,and space-time analysis is performed.The weak sections and periods of system self-healing are obtained,and effectiveness of the evaluation indexes and evaluation method is verified.
