可持续发展教育背景下德国高校教师专业行动能力的培养 被引量:5

On the Training of "Teacher's Professional Action Competence" in German Universities in the Context of Education for Sustainable Development

摘要 教师承担着可持续发展教育的巨大挑战,教师专业行动能力成为解决问题的关键,教师专业行动能力的培养是教师教育的核心。德国致力于研究可持续发展教育背景下教师专业行动能力的理论内涵,建立教师专业行动能力模型,并以此为立基点确定高校培养教师专业行动能力的途径,包括确定以行动能力为导向的培养目标,确立教师教育学校实践中心的新任务,推广教师专业行动能力实践项目,开发教师专业行动能力课程。德国对教师专业行动能力的研究与培养揭示了,关键能力与教师专业行动能力的培养密切相关,《教师教育标准》中的"能力指标"与教师专业行动能力培养紧密契合。职前教师教育一体化推动以教师专业行动能力培养为导向的实践。 Teachers undertake the great challenge of professional action competence becomes the key to solve the education for sustainable development", and teacher's problem. The cultivation of teacher's professional action competence is the core of teacher education. Germany is committed to the study of the theoretical connotation of teacher's professional action competence in the context of education for sustainable development by establishing the model and approaches of cultivating teacher's professional action competence. The approaches include identifying action-oriented training objectives, establishing a new mission of "teacher education school practice center", promoting the practice projects of teacher's professional action competence and developing the courses for "teacher's professional action competence". Germany's study of teacher's professional action competence in education for sustainable development action reveals that the key competencies are closely related to the training of teacher's professional action competence and the "competency indicators" in "Teacher Education Standards" are closely aligned with the training of teacher's professional action competence.
