替罗非班联合丁苯酞注射液治疗进展性脑梗死

Therapeutic Efficacy of Tirofiban combined with Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection in Treating Progressive Cerebral Infarction

目的观察替罗非班联合丁苯酞注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效。方法进展性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为对照组(n=60)及观察组(n=60),对照组给予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷等药物的常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用替罗非班及丁苯酞注射液,观察两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分及生活自理能力Barthel指数(BI),并监测治疗前后的血液学指标变化,观察临床疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,观察组治疗后的血小板聚集率及血浆炎症因子水平优于对照组,两组均无明显出血。结论替罗非班联合丁苯酞注射液能够提高进展性脑梗死的疗效。

Objective This study aims to observe the efficacy of tirofiban combined with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection in treating progressive cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were included into the study. These patients were randomly divided two groups： control group （n = 60 ）and observation group （n = 60 ）. Patients in the control group are given conventional therapy including aspirin, clopidogrel. Patients in the observation group also received the conventional therapy performed for the control group with the addition of tirofiban and butylphthalide sodium chloride injection. The neurological impairment（NIHSS） scores and self care Barthel index （BI）scores were observed in patients in these two groups before and after receiving treatment. In addition, hematological index variations before and after receiving the therapy were also monitored for clinical efficacy observation. Results Efficacy was better in the observation group than in the control group. Furthermore, platelet aggregation rate and plasma inflammation cytokine level after treatment were also better in the observation group. There was no obvious bloodletting in these two groups. Conclusion Tirofiban combined with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection can strengthen the efficacy of treatment for progressive cerebral infarction.
