摘要 建立了某型折流燃烧室与空心涡轮导流叶片的一体化计算模型,并使用EDC模型和基于压力的稳态求解器进行仿真计算。以燃烧室在3种工况下的燃烧室出口温度为监测量对模型准确性进行验证,燃烧效率与实验值相比误差在2%以内,表明该模型能够较精确地描述折流燃烧室喷雾燃烧过程。在此基础上,对折流燃烧室各工况下的气体流量分配、总压损失、燃油蒸发速率、冷热态速度场及温度场进行了分析研究。结果表明:在发动机转速在30000 r/min左右时,随工作状态增大,燃烧室内部气体流量分配情况基本不变但流速有所增加,总压损失逐渐增大,燃油在甩油盘附近雾化效果良好,燃油蒸汽与空气混合较为均匀;热态主燃区为靠近燃烧室外壁的前部,且随工作状态增大主燃区沿外壁向后扩展。 An integrated model of combustor and hollow guide vane of a certain type of backflow combustor was established,and the EDC model and the pressure-based steady solver was used in the calculating process. The accuracy of the model is verified by the outlet temperature of the combustor in three conditions. The deviation of combustion efficiency between calculated value and experimental value is less than 2%,which indicated that the model can describe the atomization and combustion process of this combustor accurately. On the basis of this,the air flow distribution,total pressure loss,fuel evaporation rate,cold and hot velocity field and temperature field of the combustor were analyzed and studied. The results showed that: when the engine speed is around 30 000 r/min,with the increase of working condition,the distribution of air flow in the combustor is basically the same but the velocity is increased,the total pressure is also increased gradually. The atomization of fuel is pretty good around the slinger,the mixture of fuel steam and air is even. The main combustion zone of hot state is in the front of the combustor where near the outer wall of it,and the zone extends rearward along the outer wall with the working condition increases.
