摘要
以某霰弹枪为研究对象,利用UG和动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了虚拟样机模型,根据霰弹枪的受力关系施加载荷和约束,设置仿真参数,对虚拟样机模型进行了动力学仿真。分析了枪机框、枪机等主要活动部件的动力学特性,验证了该枪设计模型的可行性,仿真结果为该霰弹枪的进一步优化提供了依据。
A single shotgun was used as the object of study. UG and dynamic simulation software ADAMS were used to establish the virtual prototype model. According to the force relationship of the shotgun,the load and constraint were applied,and the simulation parameters were set. Perform dynamic simulation.The dynamic characteristics of the main moving parts such as bolt frame and bolt are analyzed,and the feasibility of the model is verified. The simulation results provide the basis for the further optimization of the shotgun.
