Research on the Evaluation Index System of the Command and Control Capability of Anti-Missile System in Middle-Stage

分析了中段反导作战过程、指挥控制能力影响因素及其在信息层、认知层、物理层、安全层等方面的相互联系,结合能力指标选取原则,从指挥信息自动化处理、指挥决策、数据通信、指挥人员素质及安全抗毁等5个维度构建了中段反导系统指挥控制能力评估指标体系,分析了各层指标的含义;评估指标体系的构建为研究中段反导系统指挥控制能力提供了有效的理论依据。

The influence factors of command and control ability and their mutual relations in the information layer,cognitive layer,physical layer and security layer are analyzed. According to the selection principle of capability index, the paper analyzes the influence of command information automation,command and decision,data communications,command staff quality and safety and antidestruction five dimensions of building the command and control capability of the anti-missile system in the mid-evaluation index system,and analysis of the meaning of indicators at all levels. The construction of evaluation index system provides an effective theoretical basis for studying the command and control ability of the antimissile system in the middle section.
